Role Summary: As the Field Area Manager, you will lead a team of field based service professionals within an assigned geography. You will manage projects and operation (BOO, Capital, UFMBR, mobile) to ensure compliance, financial, contractual and service fulfillment through established company procedures.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Field Area Manager, you will: • Interface with both internal customers (Build / Own / Operate, Mobile Water & Equipment) and external customers within the service delivery process • Interface with Equipment Project Management, Mobile, BOO, Capital and Chemical Ops Teams to meet customer requirements and expectations • Provide technical guidance and mentors Field Service personnel • Work with Global Fulfillment leadership to execute EMS, Salary Planning, selection, on-boarding and training for employee in the region • Be responsible for all Field Service operational metrics within geography, including Environmental, Health and Safety, quality of service, utilization, and cost to serve • Lead projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business or is a recognized expert in a specialized field • Be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications • Contribute to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional area of expertise • Coordinate advanced troubleshooting • Verify timely completion of service request and reports • Interface with End Customer and Sales Team as required
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline ex: Chemistry or Environmental Engineering from an accredited college or university (OR equivalent relevant leadership and field experience in the Water processing or adjacent field) • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in water treatment or adjacent field
Desired Characteristics: • Previous Leadership experience for field based team • Good oral and written communication skills • Strong computer skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers • Ability to successfully lead a team in a matrix environment • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to communicate clearly with concise verbal and written communication skills • Ability and willingness to work in and lead cross-functional teams • Demonstrated Program / Project management skills • Experience on GEWPT equipment or industry related equipment • PLC and process controls experience • Experience with large scale equipment commissioning and operations • Successful candidate should be located within the region however qualified candidates from outside the region will be considered
