Role Summary:
East region OEM sales manager, will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and regional objectives. In this role need to integrate and develop processes that meet business requirements. Be involved in long term planning, and contribute to the overall OEM business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:
 Meet or exceed operational requirements. Manage and support current distributors.
 Develop new OEM customers and distributors to increase sales.
 Deep understanding of OEM customers, collect and report market information.
 Build influential relationships with customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable & repeatable business from those OEM customers.

 Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in OEM sales, application engineering and/or marketing
 Strong project management skill and customer influence skill.
 Good communication skill and clear thinker.
 High self-motivation and strong sales ability.
 Good reading and written English.
 Willing to travel frequently in China.
