Role Summary:
The Account Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for region or business segment assigned. In this role, he will be based in Chengdu and responsible for driving MemChem business growth in West China region. The main responsibility includes,

Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities and build strong network to drive sustainable MemChem business growth;
- Develop customer relationship and manage channel partners with cross-regional collaboration.
- Develop sales plan to deliver operation plan assigned; develop sales strategy with regional market dynamics to maximize GE's share in marketplace.
- Manage internal functional relationship in a matrix environment with finance, product management, commercial operation, engineering and technical support.
- Ensure all opportunities meet GE Water & Process Technology business objectives for profitability; determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years trackable sales experience
