Role Summary:
Job Overview:
The Cyber Security Leader will focus on securing the plant network including GE and non-GE control systems. This position is also responsible for directing and driving the technical services as they relate to cyber security.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Cyber Security Leader must leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world class cyber monitoring and software services.

In this role, you will:
• Engagement in multiple, simultaneous software & infrastructure projects, initiatives and assignments with broad scope and high impact to our customers
• Create partnerships with engineering, product management, and customers to deliver commercial products and services
• Support our customers’ cyber security initiatives aligned to their power generation assets
• Monitor network security protocols and performance

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Master’s preferred
• 3-5 years’ work experience

Technical Expertise:
This position requires solid knowledge and experience with industrial control systems or cyber security systems/network communications.


• 5+ years of experience with an Enterprise Network Team, Information Security/Cyber security Team
• 3 years of experience with client facing service delivery roles
• Experience with plant operations and management systems, trading & risk management systems or energy market systems
• Experience with regulatory compliance (NIST, ISO, NERC-CIP)
• Cybersecurity and/or Network Certifications (example: CISSP,GSEC, CCNA, etc.)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Indonesia is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job (If Visa Sponsorship is No)
• Must be willing to travel 25 %
• Must be in Indonesia

Desired Characteristics:
• Secure customer agreement to cyber solutions that meet both customer and GE requirements
• Perform detailed and technical analysis of GE Power products and help identify cyber security solutions
• Coordinate with GE Automation & Controls, GE Digital and GE Power in the development and validation of cyber security solutions
• Leverage expertise to resolve problems during the design and development processes and in the field
• Lead and participate in cyber security assessments on industrial components and systems
• Create, seek, and share best practices on product cyber security across GE Power
• Apply knowledge of industry cyber practices and international standards to produce secure solutions
• Experience in project management and technical communications
• Maintain a superior knowledge of the cyber security capabilities of operating systems, networking devices and control systems
• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable cyber security standards involving critical infrastructure, including those relating to process networks
• Knowledge of strong process discipline with sound analytical and statistical skills
• Understand technical issues and the implications to the business, and be able to communicate them to management and other business units
• Understand and manage both risk and regulatory compliance
