Predix Finance seeks a Finance Manager to support the Predix organization through short and long-term strategic financial planning & analysis while partnering with leaders across various functions (including Data Science, User Experience and Program Operations). This position will provide end-to-end financial support for Predix senior leadership to provide visibility into business dynamics. Essential Responsibilities:
Drive enhanced visibility into business model dynamics and share financial insights with senior management on a regular basis
Develop a deep understanding of all critical aspects of the business model including go-to-market strategies
Proactively work to identify, assess and manage financial risk
Deep dive into existing cost structure to identify key trends, formulate explanations and come up with action items to drive the business
Continuously benchmark various aspects of the business vs. key competitors
Develop and/or enhance existing financial models to enable robust & dynamic financial planning on a rolling basis; Expand current financial planning capabilities into new/adjacent areas
Drive enhanced process rigor & standardization across key financial processes
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of relevant finance experience

Experience in Data Science, User Experience or Program Operations preferred
Advanced modeling skills, including advanced Excel skills
5 years of relevant work experience in consulting; software, Internet and/or media industries; and/or early stage companies
