Role Summary: In this Integrated Talent Management (ITM) leader role, you will lead a fast-paced change management initiative that integrates the various aspects of talent management practices and technologies to the business goals and needed capabilities of the digital organization.
The ITM leader will be responsible for managing high level strategy, deep action planning and engagement efforts. Predominately in the following areas:
Integrated Talent Management Strategy: Utilizing the GE Digital Integrated Talent Management (ITM) framework of connecting capabilities, talent acquisition, compensation, org & talent development, leadership programs, employee engagement & strategic workforce planning to build GE’s digital talent & organization capability. The ITM leader will maintain the quality and consistency of the process and ensure that approaches and content are contemporary and aligned with the digital industrial vision.
Integrated Talent Management Technology: The ITM leader will be responsible for promoting the use and adoption of the MyITM platform and other digital talent technology platforms for the purposes of gaining greater data for strategic decision making, to provide resources to employees that are contemporary and exciting, and to drive a culture of continuous improvement for the organization, leaders and employees. The ITM leader will help to coordinate the feedback of users and the desires of stakeholders to influence the requirements and build conducted by development teams. The ITM leader will be responsible for the roll-out strategy and communications necessary as part of expanding the technology landscape of ITM.
Integration with other teams: The ITM leader will be responsible for working directly with the talent acquisition, compensation, org & talent development, leadership programs, employee engagement & strategic workforce planning team members to ensure the ITM process in enabling success and measurable outcomes in each of these areas. The ITM leader will also be responsible for working directly with the people analytics team to ensure the data-driven results of ITM are leveraged and available to decision makers, including business leaders and HR partners. The ITM leader will work with the learning, HR operations and compensation team members to ensure that the ITM methodology and foundations are rooted in the capabilities, job structures and compensation practices most appropriate for the digital organization.
A minimum of 3 years' of experience in a Human Resources related field or global environment.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Must be willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
Experience in the Software or Information Technology industry.
Experience with linking talent management activities to evidence-based outcomes.
Experience working in a matrix environment across multiple divisions.
Experience building and maintaining capability, competency or skills libraries.
Demonstrated success at driving change initiatives.
Very strong facilitation and communication skills, with demonstrated experience driving positive change in complex, transformational environments.
