Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and analyzing market information on the healthcare industry (trends, investments, regulations)
  • Working with customer database
  • Regular basic monitoring of the company and competitors’ web-sites in terms big news/ initiatives
  • Discrepancies in data and product information; customers’ contacts and requirements
  • Prepare required documents for payment according to the company procedures
  • Create Purchasing Orders and make sure timely approval flow
  • Track documents: both technical and administrative
  • Communicate market information from the field effectively including competitor data
  • Support sales of assigned product range and business solutions to customers within the area
  • Coordinate the tender response for defined products

  • Undergraduate of university with major in Marketing, Management and Economics is preferrable
  • Ability to work at least 25 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment
  • PC proficiency – Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word
  • English – Upper-intermediate
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data
  • Team player – ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
  • Eligible to work in Russia
