Role Summary: The RLS Dispatcher will be providing direct support to our field operations. By ensuring communication flows to and from our Field Technicians accurately, timely and consistently. The Dispatcher will manage calls coming into the Odessa Multi Model Operations Services Center, create work orders for operations events, and coordinate with Field Managers on technician assignments.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of RLS Dispatcher you will:
Manage and dispatch calls in a courteous, professional manner
Prepare Bills of Lading for material transport
Maintain proper paperwork in compliance with GE documentation Retention Policy
Consolidate orders based on delivery location, by customer
Create work orders and work with Field Managers to assign technicians
Make wellness calls to Field Service Technicians (FSTs) to ensure field operations resources are safe
Effectively interact and communicate with management, team members, and customers
Maintain working relationship with corporate counterparts and colleagues in other Service Centers to stay informed about best practices and expectations
Communicate and make recommendations based on information gathered
Utilizes software programs (SAP, Outlook Excel, and Word) to perform duties and responsibilities
Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
Minimum 3 years of Dispatch / customer service experience
Minimum 2 years of Pumping unit experience
Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Knowledge of DOT and other governmental transportation policies and procedures
Ability to organize work flow and use time efficiently
Ability to show strong attention to detail
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative
Maintain a valid Driver’s License
Pumping Unit or Roustabout experience
