Role Summary:
The Alliances Director will be responsible for managing strategic alliances with Regional System Integrator to drive GE Digital and GE BU revenue growth

Essential Responsibilities:
The Alliances Director will work with new and existing GE Digital Regional System Integrator to identify opportunities that drive revenue for GE. Successful candidates must be comfortable exploring new business opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and using this information to solve complex customer problems.
To ensure successful long- term growth of the partnership, the Alliances Director will develop and execute joint sales, marketing, sales enablement, and governance plans that align with GE Digital Channel & Alliance strategic goals and objectives. The Alliances Director will be accountable with managing and tracking joint opportunities and assist with proposing, presenting, and closing business with the partner.
• Cultivate partner relationship to build pipeline, structure profitable GTM models, forecast new business, track and assist with the closing of new revenue
• Prospect and identify ancillary opportunities within to ensure long term growth
• Jointly develop project milestones for integrating partner into partner ecosystem, working with key stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
• Jointly develop marketing, sales, and sales enablement plans and execute on plans
• Build awareness (both internally and externally) on joint offers including but not limited to social medial, press, webinars, and other industry events
• Foster relationships with senior leadership within Service Providers
Criteria for Success:
• Sourced and influenced revenue against target
• Pipeline growth
• Partner onboarding milestones and objectives
• Partner business plan execution

• 12+ years in business and sales (Direct and Indirect)
• Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development background
• Experience working within Telecommunications Industry and global Sis
• Software and Technology Background, M2M/IoT knowledge desired
• Proven track record of sales and business development success
• Strong network / references on partner side
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
