Role Summary:
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Build and cultivate long-term relationships, enhance intimacy at all levels of our Customer’s organizations
• Define regional strategies and develop the opportunity pipeline to drive profitable growth in line with the business strategic priorities, including Large, RSP, Small, Service and digital.
• Lead regular meetings with Hydro Comm. Ops., Hydro Services and other supporting GE organizations (other businesses, GGO, EFS, ….) in order to develop and execute the commercial plan
• Lead opportunity identification, selection and development and initiate capture plans
• Work with Customers and Comm. Ops. to ensure GE proposes the best solutions for each opportunity in line with Customers outcomes
• Ensure a high level of selectivity and hit-rate to secure profitable orders
• Anticipate market trends & proactively position GE’s service offering and teams to ensure conversion of service agreements with each opportunity
• Contribute to developing & executing the Hydro marketing, products and services strategies to increase orders volume & profitability in their allocated territories

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Education with Bachelor Degree level or above
• Commercial or engineering related working experience, Hydro product & business awareness is preferred.
• Mandarin and fluent English ability
• Skilled at Microsoft Office Software
• Solid understanding of industry marketing, better in Hydro business.
• 8 years or above industry sales management, better in Hydro business

• Very good inter-personal skills and communication skills, strong influencing skills
• Strong team work spirit
• Self-motivated, open minded, positive attitude, resilience and be able to work under pressure
