Role Summary: The Staff Quality Assurance Engineer will work on a custom software team to develop test strategies for new and existing products. You will be expected to develop robust test solutions in a short-cycle Agile design environment, leveraging existing technologies, promoting standardization, with reliability and process efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities: You will be involved in all aspects of product development ranging from requirements and design to final design validation and documentation. Key focus will be developing and expanding automation used in both client and web based products.
A Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer also:
Owns technical leadership responsibilities for test-development and implementation
Develops, executes and maintains both automated systems and manual testing procedures
Identifies areas for automation in existing processes
Influences software design for testing efficiency
Documents functional test results and provide recommendations to project team
Understands user's core needs and develop strategy to ensure customer delight
Works in an agile environment to integrate testing and quality at every level
Designs load test where appropriate
Reduces risk and promote sustainability by utilizing and driving standardization across teams
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a test engineering role
Demonstrate the ability to produce quality automated tests at functional and integration levels
