Role Summary:
Ensures wing-to-wing execution of projects to deliver quality outcomes to internal & external customers. Strategically partners w/ functional product owner to define features backlog & requirements, works w/ team internal & external to the initiative to ensure timely outcomes delivery, within scope & budget & of desired quality. Collaborates on consistent and effective execution of agile practices. Reaches out into the business in order to work with product team members to apply agile practices.

Essential Responsibilities:

Makes sure project management practices are followed and improved as needed. Works on single medium-size project or multiple small-size projects impacting a single domain. Collaborates with functional owner, project technical team and interdependencies team. Collaborates with Agile team members to effectively execute Scrum ceremonies through Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Standups. Coach teams on Lean principles through the effective use of Kanban principles such as flow and Work in Process limits. Understands and can apply fundamentals of Scrum, Project Inception, Meeting Facilitation, Lean and Kanban.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications :

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent (defined as a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant work experience)
  • . 4 years relevant project leadership experience

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability to drive project design plans to completion
  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • . Experience with conflict resolution
  • 7 years of relevant project leadership experience
  • Experience with entire NPI cycle of GEHC products
  • Project management certification
