The GE Healthcare Commercial Leadership Program is the premier program for developing entry-level talent into future commercial leaders. This 4 rotational program
offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of commercial skills and techniques that are critical to success. CLP prepares program members for a successful career in sales by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization. Essential Responsibilities:
The Commercial Leadership Program is
a 2-year rotational sales and leadership training program designed to build GE
Healthcare's commercial future leaders.
Responsibilities can include account
management, customer relationship, project management, sales and product
training, preparing quotations, product marketing and sales support.
The CLP program accelerates your
learning and productivity by incorporating a relevant and broad training
program, mentored on-the-job training and headquarters sponsored projects. You
will focus on mastering the skills in Sales while learning the skills and
competencies needed to become successful in our business.
Upon graduation of the program you will hold a permanent position as a Sales
Representative responsible for one or multiple accounts in Germany.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Master degree program preferred
- First sales or marketing experience, preferably linked to Healthcare
- Travel required
- Demonstrated interest in sales career & results oriented
- Fluent in German and English
