We are setting up a world classs locomotive shed to service the modern locomotives for Indian Railways. The incumbent in the role will have excellent expierience to build the culture, HR infrastructure for hiring, training, assimiliating in this green field project. The person will be part of senior HR leadership team that is executing 1000 locomotive order which comprises of factory and two service sheds with a focus of bringing heavy haul modern locomotives in transportation industry.
A leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals. Includes those who manage an HR Function within a Business Segment or Sub-Business. Developed influencing skills to achieve objectives, strong influencing of others. Ability to develop team members. Develops notions on midterm developments for own department and elaborates suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).
Masters in HR / Industrial Relations / Labour Laws.
Extensive experience in HR function with atleast 2 years + in Industrial Relations
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
