Role Summary:
The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the training of the Customer’s personnel in different scopes: operation and maintenance, digital, Field Services and leadership, as well as GE’s personnel during the contract mobilization and contract execution phases of multiple power plant sites.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Act as single point of contact with customer’s training coordinator
• Partners with training managers from the Customer, equipment suppliers, EPC contractors and GE to support and advice on the overall training program during the mobilization phase of each power plant site
• Work closely with internal (O&M managers, CPMs, engineering, FS team..) and customer stakeholders to Identify gaps or other deficiencies in the planned training programs, and works to find and implement appropriate solutions
• Prepares and communicates the yearly training plans during the contract execution phase of each power plant site, considering training needs and available budget as well as supporting succession planning initiatives
• Keeps track of training attendance and ensures training records are maintained
• Manages and maintains training content and materials
• Plans and coordinates appropriate training facilities
• Sources instructors and supports in managing travel logistics
• Partners with GE subject matter experts and training managers to design and develop courses and training programs as needed
• Continuously evaluates training effectiveness and value of training programs, and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Conducts training on topics where knowledge is existing or is gained during the contract execution phase
• Establish best reporting mechanisms internally and externally to meet/exceed objectives

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited ( bac + 4/5) accredited College or University.
• Preference give to candidates with technical backround with power plants experience
• Learning and development experience preferably as Training Coordinator
• Project management experience
• Good written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French and English to convey technical concepts to business, customer and technical personnel
