Role Summary: As a member of a World-Class Team, the Stock Keeper will receive materials into storage areas. They will also maintain the material storage areas while loading and unloading items.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Apprentice - Warehouse & Inventory, you will:
Receive material, processe receipt cards, and verify quantities
Maintain records of materials storage
Take physical inventories on a regular basis and identifies shortages
Locate, mark and prepare material for operator use
Operate material handling equipment such as forklift trucks
Unload trailers. Maintains material storage areas
Follow all plant safety policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Able to operate material handling equipment
Able to work from complex prints and accumulations
Able to maintain records / files as required
Factory work experience
Experience with computer systems (BAAN)
