Service marketing plan development and implementation
Win/Lost analysis, competitor Monitoring
In-depth Service market insight and update
Support sales manager to drive execution excellence
Service performance summary & analysis
Pricing structure, increase service awareness.
Regular communication with global PMs on China issues and support requirements
Build and manage close relationship with KOLs and regulatory agencies
Drive Service Projects（IB Upgrade；Enterprise and RQ）
Education to Bachelor Degree level.
Experienced in Service Marketing and Business Management OR equivalent in progressive leadership positions within the BP industry with in-depth knowledge of LS market.
Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
Deep knowledge of LS area solutions and the products and services offered.
Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.
Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
