Role Summary:
To assist in the management, delivery and assessment of production, manufacturing and process related training across OEM and R&O.

Essential Responsibilities:

This role will involve being a focal point for particular areas of the business, which is flexible to meet training demands and requirements. As part of the Process training team you will cover all process training within all business requirements, from assisting in developing training documentation, collecting evidence and assessing competency levels against the training requirements. This will involve new hires and existing staff of the business. To control the training it will be required to follow relevant specifications and documentation with the aid of various computer related activities such as database maintenance, Periodic check of the process and records will be required to maintain thorough control of the full process training system.

Essential Responsibilities include:
• Training and Coaching of staff in line with all relevant Specifications/documentation within designated areas.
• Assist maintaining training/quality records.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programmes to introduce Process, Tooling and or Document changes in a controlled manner with communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the wider business to complete regular process audits and scheduled  quality monitoring.



Qualifications/Requirements:

• Working knowledge of processes for OE and/or R&O.
• Working knowledge of a range of manufacturing and assembly techniques.
• Working knowledge of technical specifications/drawings and controlled documentation.
• Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/PC Skills
