Role Summary:
In order to facilitate profitable growth and an improved Cash situation, the Steam Power Systems Global Supply Chain Analyst will partner with all SPS Factory teams to deliver standard Supply Chain KPIs from the ERP. He/she should have strong technical ERP knowledge as well as very strong communication skills and be able to directly partner with GSC leaders and finance teams globally.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide KPIs reports for all factories of Steam Power System Global Supply Chain worldwide (Inventory, OTD, Recovery hours, actual vs as sold/handbook per product, lead time, input/output model)
• Drive Data quality improvement throughout the organization through systematic review and scorecards,
• Provide templates for the all factories worldwide to support yearly physical inventory
• Perform ad-hoc Balance Sheet (eg. on slow moving items) and Project analysis,
• Partnering
• With Central Finance team and GSC team to help identify key areas of improvement on cash and profitability for the business,
• With the factories to provide them the key analysis which will help them to improve their usage of ERP,
• With Gas & Services ERP teams to ensure consistency and cross-fertilization in data and KPIs,
• With India team to make sure that the local team can benefit from the improvements
• With the Sourcing team to benefit from current Sourcing KPis already implemented

• CA / MBA from a reputed university
• Strong in usage of tools (ERP, MRP, Planning tools)
• Minimum of 5 years Finance, controlling and ERP background

Desired Characteristics:
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA finance
• Minimum of 5 years minimum energy industry experience
• Six Sigma certified (GE Employees Only)
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Very strong Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-site global team environment
• Demonstrated technical aptitude & business acumen
• Demonstrated motivation and influencing skills
