Role Summary: Drive clinical value evidence generation that supports the modality marketing plan on GE CT scanners by working with assigned customers. Drive Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) collaboration to insure good connections with product development and research. Develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaboration. Assist marketing in identifying and creating selling tools based on clinical studies.
Essential Responsibilities: • Provide support to sales teams, including performing clinical demonstrations of CT advanced workstation applications Identify and develop (in collaboration with product marketing) clinical marketing materials that support the product marketing messages • Identify clinical outcome results that customers achieve with GE CT and collaborate with product marketing on developing these outcomes into sales tools • Establish and maintain close contacts and collaboration with KOLs (directly and through sales organization) to build a network of high profile customers • Conduct customer related application demonstrations when needed • Support sales activities as a clinical advisor to help CT achieve operating plan targets • Communicate customer feedback to Product Marketing and Product Management teams • Identify and developing key reference and show sites • Report data at scientific congresses, customer seminars and internal training events in collaboration with Product Marketing and Global Product Management • Support sales education initiatives such as trainings and educational materials for the sales team • Develop awareness and familiarity with clinical market trends, customer clinical trends on CT use, government regulatory impact and competitive influences • Assist in creation of marketing and sales tools for product shows, marketing literature and presentations • Assist with customer escalations when needed to help drive positive outcomes for customers
Qualifications/Requirements: • Relevant scientific or clinical degree, or hospital registrations for Radiologic Technologist • Experience running CT scanners, preferably GE CT scanners • Experience working with CT advanced post processing workstations • Minimum five experience in medical industry, preferably in a clinical CT imaging environment • Experience working with hospital Radiologists, Cardiologists, and technologists • Must be able to travel 80-90%
Desired Characteristics: • Bachelors degree or higher • Clinical experience with GE CT scanners • Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers) • Team oriented to motivate and work well with a diverse cross functional skill • Training/educator skills • Product/engineering experience in the related modality • Good in communication and at presentation skills
