Role Summary: The Partner Alliances Senior Director will be responsible for both strategy and execution of how GE Digital goes to market with our ecosystem of Partners within their corresponding markets globally.
Essential Responsibilities: Role includes aligning with Partners, GE Regional Commercial leaders, GE BU’s, Partner Account Directors and Cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue through our Partners and Alliances program. Responsibilities include: 1. account planning, joint value proposition development, and EVP (Enterprise Value Proposal) execution for outcome driven, strategic deals. 2. Prioritization and scale of growing portfolio of co-developed offerings. 3. Driving consistency in GTM approach across GE to maximize ROI.
In this role, you will: • Collaborate with GE Businesses, Partners to build/align GTM for multiple industries and Partner types ie. SI’s, Technology Providers, ISV’s • Influence and manage cross-functional teams (GE + Partners) to drive execution of GTM plans ie. marketing, ops, sales enablement etc. • Integrate GTM plans, milestones and metrics directly into account planning and pipeline reviews with Partner Account teams • Understand partner needs, market dynamics, product roadmaps, and competitive intel to identify market/industry opportunities • Explore opportunities to use/create advisory council to uncover partner needs and share best practices to accelerate pipeline • Evangelize (internally and externally) GE + Partner Customer Success ie. at Partner events, conferences, with industry analysts etc. • Ability to execute in a matrix environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Sourced and influenced revenue against GED C&A team target • Impacting Pipeline growth • Partner onboarding milestones and objectives • Partner GTM business plan execution
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • 10 years in commercial roles - Marketing/Sales (Direct and Indirect) • Prior GTM development and execution experience • In Region experience and strong network • Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development • Proven track record of success • Fluent in English and Region specific language (written and spoken)
Desired Characteristics: • Legal authorization to work in Japan is required. • Must be willing to travel 50%
