Role Summary: The Lead Sales Specialist 2 - Sales and Proposal will provide customer facing staff who is responsible for winning business.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Lead Sales Specialist - Sales and Proposal, you will:
Formulate and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements
Formulate deal structure, pricing, proposal development
Assist in customer negotiations
Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth
Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process
Contribute to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients
Provide technical knowledge for product and systems, with some customization to client conditions
Cooperate with (technical) sales support to realize sales. Is leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Proposal
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organizational ability
