Role Summary:
In this role, the Executive Account Manager will be responsible for developing and structuring GE solutions related to major healthcare projects (New Hospital Builds, Managed Equipment Services (MES) and Solutions for Radiology, Cardiology and OR) in the Netherlands.

Essential Responsibilities:
This is the most senior level non-management sales account manager viewed as an expert by the company and in the field. You will focus on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts, and will be responsible for the development closing and coordinating execution of new business opportunities for new products or emerging areas.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Supporting customers in understanding the future investments they will make and linking the investments to GE solutions based on the customer’s specific requirements
• Supporting customers in connecting the dots, understanding/anticipating major healthcare trends, competitive environment as well as growth opportunities in the healthcare market
• Being involved in early phase of the projects with the customer - breaking the customer problem into manageable projects, coordinating internal GE teams to build potential solutions and demonstrating to the customer how GE solutions can help them achieve their outcomes
• Developing and maintaining an updated funnel of opportunities within company CRM (SFDC, Wave etc)
• Integrating specific industry strategy, customer operational & clinical objectives , business process understanding to develop the solution offering
• Supporting sales strategies and developing bid proposals to drive growth with regards to New Hospital Builds, Managed Equipment Service and other Solutions for Radiology, Cardiology & OR, Ambulatory services
• Collaborating with internal teams including commercial Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Modalities GE Healthcare Partners, Healthcare Equipment Finance and functional Centres of Excellence to help drive sales of solution offerings.
• Establishing executive relationships, or managing government/corporate contracts.
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Complete Ascend training and implement methodology in the field
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Sales experience
• Consulting experience and consultative selling experience would be an asset
• Engineering degree (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Bioengineering) or Medical Physics and MSc in Finance or MBA.
• Experience in interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
• Strong communication and commercial skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with Hospital CEO, CFO, CTO, Chief Strategy Officer etc.
• Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region

Desired Characteristics:
• Extensive Healthcare sales experience and/or Pharma and Life Sciences
• Experience in consulting would be an asset
• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Contract Compliance Experience
• Contract Negotiating & closing Skills
• Healthcare Finance Understanding/Experience
• Dutch and English language skills
