Essential Responsibilities:
  • Define, develop and execute a Sales and Marketing Plan for double digit grows of Control solutions Life Cycle Management Business in region
  • Sales of Controls Solutions (CS) to cover O&G and Power Generation Markets, Upstream, Downstream, Midstream, PG Gas and steam
  • Complete and keep full mapped GE Installed Base in region and define the action plan for each of the units
  • Develop spare parts inventory surveys in customer’s facility to drive full parts portfolio, new parts and services
  • Build and cultivate effective long-term strong relationship with GE units end users
  • Build strong relationship with all GE business partners as, TMS, DTS, DP, PGS
  • Manage the internal agreements and deal business structure in each opportunity
  • Develop opportunities of Technical Service Agreement for turbine and generator control, driving Contracts closure and margin
  • Build strong pipeline on Training opportunities for CS Training Centre in Campinas as well as GE Training center in US
  • Attain expert knowledge of products, customer drivers and competition offering
  • Achieve financial metric, Orders, Margin, Convertibles, Sales and Cash
  • Prepare and communicate high level of business reports
  • Lead ITO team to achieve the goals and objectives, driving opportunities, proposals process with Commops, Services, and other functions

  • Sales Experience: 5 years in Energy, Oil&Gas or Petrochemical segments in Control Solutions Market
  • Commercial sales experience in closing contractual agreements
  • Deep knowledge in Turbo-machinery and Cyber Security Systems
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to develop key customer relationships and to promote win-win sales strategies
  • First-class verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to generate immediate credibility with customers
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment are required
  • Self-starter with high energy level is key to success in this position
  • Self-motivated
  • Fluent English and Spanish (Written and Oral)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Bachelors of Science degree in engineering is mandatory
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
  • Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
