Role Summary:
Part of Digital Workplace Solutions, you will be responsible for managing billing processes related to computers, mobile devices, and support services to ensuring global consistency and accuracy.
You will work with global stakeholders and leadership to ensure processes are developed and refined to provide simple, efficient, and accurate data that will be used to create invoices and liquidate services.

Essential Responsibilities:
The role major responsibilities are to:
• Manage billing and liquation processes for all Digital Workplace Technologies
• Utilize technology such as SQL, Excel, and Access to automate billing processes
• Work with the product and expense management teams to handle billing escalations
• Partner with regional teams to correct any billing errors
• Audit and maintain accurate billing services from suppliers
• Run Ad Hoc financial reports
• Partner with internal teams and provide analysis and reporting to improve processes and the customer experience
• Contribute to a team which works independently with direction from Senior Team Members or management
• Complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality. Take independent responsibility for assigned deliverables
• Make transitions to the new and different. Adapt to new environments and changing requirements. Pivot quickly as needed. When coached, respond to need & seek info from other sources

Few travel would be required for this position
Position can sometimes require off-hours flexibility/ability to work across global time zones

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Master’s Degree preferred.
• In depth understanding of internal financial and cost models
• Advance proficiency with MS Excel
• Familiar with SQL scripting
• Fluent in English
