Essential Responsibilities: • Responsibility for sales within the assigned territories • Work under the China Sales Manager to implement the strategy for the Chinese market • Develop actively the client base in selected markets • Identify customer needs and actively follow up as per company’s standards • Build effective communication channels and establish long term partnership with the market players. • Interact with other departments of the company in order to best serve clients from a scientific, technical and commercial point of view • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
Qualifications/Requirements: • Successful sales management experience with a proven track record • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales position in the medical device field • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Medical or Life Science Background • Experience in an international environment • Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on attitude • Excellent communication skills with capacity to interface with physicians • Dynamic, pragmatic and results-oriented • Fluent English and Mandarin, other languages an asset • Willing to travel extensively
