Role Summary: The Commissioning engineer will responsible to conduct the test run, commission the wind turbine after/during installation period. 風力発電設備建設時の試運転調整作業、技術指導、および定期点検作業を行う。
Essential Responsibilities: - Perform pre/final-commissioning for wind turbine installation work. - Communicate with engineering team to Fix the problem not only mechanical but also software/controller troubles. - Establish/support work for SCADA setting up cooperate with SCADA technician. - Technical advice to subcontractor/EPC&BOP contractor during turbine installation work. - Working as a Site manager to control/identify the progress of project and communicate with PM(Project manager) to manage the project with on schedule execution. - Investigation and trouble shooting work for pre/post COD turbines as skilled field engineer. - Perform periodical maintenance for wind turbine. (Technical advice for subcontractor is also needed)
Qualifications/Requirements: - communication skill in local language (Japanese) - Excellent knowledge about wind turbines. - Excellent knowledge/skill as electric/mechanic engineer. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems - Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Desired Characteristics: - Experience of working in global organization - Experience in Project Management of Wind Farm construction project and minimum 5 years of International Projects - Leader ship, Social and Self competence - Communication Ability in Japanese and English - Driving License
