Essential Responsibilities: Facilitate CS technical training operation and communicate with front line service team to ensure training requirements/needs/issues be captured timely; Work with trainers on training schedule operation; Work with Global team to closely to develop most effective training plan; FE certification database updating & maintenance; Follow up and improve post training effectiveness; Feedback collection to make trainee feel easier; Help on foreign FE’s invitation matter; Work on HLS training system to facilitate FE’s training material work; Take care of customer/vendor training to make contribution for business; Training logistic support;
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor degree or above. Effective use of office tools. Fluent English speaking and writing. Good communication skill. Positive and logical thinking Willing to learn and practice with strong ownership and proactive with working attitude
