Role Summary:
This position is responsible for providing on-site service and support to our customers. Acts as a mobile field service engineer to perform maintenance or to troubleshoot systems and conduct repairs for our customers in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
This relates to all our technology, to include distributed control systems, excitation systems and turbine control systems throughout our installed base in North Europe and further afield.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Design, programming, testing and commissioning of industrial control systems (open loop ctrl, close loop ctrl, protection, monitoring & diagnostics)
  • Customer service
  • Product training for customer
  • Participation in tendering process (technical part)
  • Site supervision (technical field advisory)
  • Customer support for post sales product maintenance
  • On-time delivery and completion of assigned tasks with suitable quality and assigned budget
  • Solution optimization
  • Task related cost optimization
  • Knowledge and experience sharing within a team

  • Bachelor degree Science of Engineering in the area of industrial automation, electricity or related
  • Languages: Polish, fluent English, others welcome
  • Availability for both local and international trips
  • Interpersonal skills: team work, communication, problem solving, flexibility
  • IT skills
  • PC user
  • Office programs
  • Driving licence

  • Exceptional customer service skills with expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving complex controls related problems.
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of client organizations staff.
  • Relevant and demonstrable technical support service experience.
  • Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple service requests at a time under high pressure and challenging situations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and network operating systems and expertise troubleshooting hardware and software compatibility issues across various configurations
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately in a shared community environment.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction.
  • Ability to listen and analyze customer needs
  • Ability to interact with end-users.
  • Presents a positive image that reflects well on the organization.
  • Ability to travel extensively
