Role Summary: The Clinical Marketing & Education Specialist provides clinical and technical leadership during pre & post sales process by demonstration full range of products / Services to prospects. He/she is engaged with new and named accounts to establish credibility and drives clinical strategy. He/she provides thought leadership on product optimization and products market positioning.
Help commercial team to develop a strong Clinical expertise Build strong relationship with Luminaries to develop clinical reference sites.
Support clinical training to customers and distributors;
Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
Reinforce distributor clinical knowledge and monitor level of quality between them Support GE technologies dissemination and clinical use Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of all Global Healthcare Compliance Guidelines and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Willingness to travel up to 75% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
3 to 5 years’ Clinical experience High focus on clinical knowledge.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, handle objections and negotiate during the sales process)

Spanish and English fluency
