Role Summary:
The Executive – Imaging Enterprise SW Applications Development is a key leader on the Imaging Technology leadership team. This position is responsible for developing Imaging Applications release trains as well as clinical work flow and service applications releases.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will…
 Partner with product management teams to formulate a unified enterprise Imaging Applications strategy.
 Form and lead an Applications Governance team comprised of Imaging Technology CTO, Modality CTOs, modality leadership, commercial, and Imaging product management.
 Manage the formation and execution of quarterly release trains. Ensure applications releases are on time, on budget, and meet high quality standards.
 Responsible for the Application Life Cycle Management, App Store and App Development environment on the Edge/Cloud.
 Ensure that the organizational design, functional expertise, engineering process experience of the technology team is positioned for excellence.
 Ensure local managers are leading engineering teams through the product development lifecycle with superior quality and compliance, while also balancing and optimizing engineering program deliverables with local site requirements.
 Drive budget control, engineering organizational design, technology differentiation, functional excellence
and teamwork.
 Engage in cross-functional activities, including recruitment, retention, talent acquisition and development, and mentoring
 Collaborate with peers across functions (e.g. QA/RA, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, Sales, IT) to drive a high-performance team environment.
 Drive innovation and growth, as well as research and development initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science within an appropriate discipline
 15 years’ progressive experience as an engineer or scientist within the appropriate field of study
 10 years’ experience in project leadership within a manufacturing, development or research environment
 Proven track record to drive global teams to deliver on business and program goals
 Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.... must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.
 Proven communication, coaching and interpersonal skills, at all levels of the organization.... able to energize and inspire.
 Team player able to work closely with a global team and open to sharing information and best practices with the team.

 Product, Clinical, Technology & Scientific Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of patient/customer and segment related clinical applications and workflow as well as scientific/engineering methods/theory with an affinity for technology and clinical solutions within a functional domain
 Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire new product development cycle, managing Field Maintenance Instructions (FMIs) and Installed Base releases
 Strong business acumen as well as customer focused influencing skills
