Responsible for Orders Reporting (process of forecasting with Regions and also levels of commitments).
Build product data management mechanism, collaborate Finance, QARA, Training and Service product team to drive data quality, ensure 100% accuracy for commercial team.
Build measurement system of product data quality, link to commercial needs and business urgency. Efficient dashboard published for tracking the performance.
In conjunction with commercial users and product data owner, work as a product data CPU, promptly detect product data issue and provide the specific plan for data remediation.
Constantly seek, share, and implement simplified and efficient process and mechanism to ensure the product data accuracy and consistent, prevent the data issue from occurring again.
Own and promote product data maintaining process and mechanism, conduct user training.
Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 3-5 years in Healthcare industry.
Proven experience in influencing, presentation, leading team and driving change results orientation.
Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management methodologies required.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of root cause and translate them into resolving plan.
Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
3-5 years exposure to ITO/OTR processes.
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
Demonstrated commitment for process optimization
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence and collaborate with high level management team
