Role Summary:
The Project Management Operations Leader (PMO Leader) will partner with the Regional Project Director & Product Operations Leaders to define & drive global project management & process standards, execute initiatives to improve the customer experience, & drive organizational operating rhythms wing to wing to maximize operational excellence. Prioritize/champion tools & processes that align with strategic goals to maximize project profitability & ensure successful project portfolio execution.

Essential Responsibilities:
As the PMO Leader, you will:

  • Drive strategic project planning & goal setting, ensuring priorities are in line with delivering to the business objectives
  • Integrate, develop, and track processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Provide leadership for assigned programs and projects assuring operating integrity
  • Establish goals and program direction to achieve reliability, cost control, and reputation objectives
  • Establish and drive operational rhythms, baseline metrics and objectives with the regions to deliver project ontime, profitably
  • Ensure that all functions within the Region – Project Scheduling, Contract management, Project Management, and Quotations are integrated and have established metric’s that are clear, accountable and aligned with the other regions
  • Ensure we are actively driving the customer experience – from integrated online tools (empower, Project360) to driving automated vs manual processes across the teams
  • Develop lessons learned culture through quarterly cross-functional reviews driving critical actions that are assigned
  • Establish wing to wing operating rhythms to actively monitor KPIs and implementation of activities to drive areas of improvement and/or opportunity




Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with proven leadership in manufacturing or customer service

  • Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm to drive change
  • Clear, strategic, and critical thinker; proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans
  • Six sigma certification or equivalent Quality certification
  • Inclusive leadership style, proven ability to build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust
