Role Summary: The Sales Operation Specialist is responsible for process of ITO (inquire to order) stage, in order to support the sustainable growth for business and meet customer requirement.
Essential Responsibilities: -Set up and implement operation mechanism and policies -Coordinate cross-function teams to resolve customer issues & complaints, and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) -Implement Demo instrument/inventory management -Ensure tender compliance and improve the efficiency -Drive order/sales forecast and execution -Implement account management and trading compliance control -Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager
Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree or above in international trade, Marketing, Foreign trade English, or Economics; -3 years or above of work experience, have experience of Project management or system Implement. -Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes; -Good command of Ms Office & ERP system ( Sales forecast, or Oracle, etc ); Be analytical and sensitive to numbers; -Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of urgency and self-motivation; -Proven ability to deliver agreed result with strong execution power; -Be external-focused, clear thinking and collaborative;
Desired Characteristics: Preferred Qualifications: 1. Previous sales experience 2. Trade and finance background is preferred 3. Flexibility, good negotiation skills
