Payment team as part of Global Operation Treasury Team is a component of the Global Operations Europe organization.
The role aims to provide support for the Payment team
Data provision for reporting (periodical and ad hoc)
Support and maintain infrastructure built for manual payment process
Work closely payment analysts and treasury analysts
Cooperate with B2P in paying the batches
Partnering with contacts in various finance teams, build daily rhythms including bank statement information distribution and archiving
Get to know, understand and deliver payment administration processes
Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
Handle incoming customers’ requests, and provide them with the necessary support
Active student enrollment for min. 6 months in Finance or similar
Availability for min. 25 hours/week
Advanced level of English skills
Effective and professional verbal and written communication
Attention to details and proven accuracy
Ability to work in a team or individually if required
Computer literacy, Excel and Outlook
Strong commitment to complete assigned task within the given deadline
