Role Summary:
This role is for the Power Service (PS) MEA EMIP & North Africa sub-regions. An integral component of +$4B PS MEA business. This individual will take ownership of the coordination and consolidation of the subregion Income Statement and Balance sheet (working capital) activities. He / she will partner with the subregion GM and Finance Manager in order to achieve business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:
This individual will report into the MEA GOF – PS Transformation Leader supporting subregion Finance Manager and subregion GM. The following are the key responsibilities:

Income Statement:
 Support subregion GM and MF in the planning, analysis, reporting and communication of financial results
 Highlight process, system or issues impacting the Income Statement. Work with subregion Finance Managers, PS MEA FP&A team, operations, Integration team and ITO to drive resolution
 Own Income Statement pacing including Sales, Margin and BC
 Own all planning cycles and BP reviews. Coordinate with relevant resources in Finance, Product line, Sales and other applicable functions
 Support quarterly financial closing activities for the subregion P&Ls (PGS, TS, DP)
 Work closely with PS MEA FP&A team on all Functional initiatives including simplification and synergies and productivity

Balance sheet:
 Own monthly CFOA forecasting and VBP analysis
 Highlight process, system or customer issues impacting timely payment. Work with operations, commercial operations/sales, etc. to drive resolution
 Facilitate weekly cash call process rigor
 Liaison with collection organization (GE Capital WCS) to ensure timely cash application
 Work with PS MEA Cash leader and PS MEA MYA MF to drive deferred reduction through coordination with subregion Finance Mangers and operational owners
 Support quarterly financial closing and reporting activities for receivables, unbilled, reserve and CS Deferred analysis

Previous FP&A / CAS / FMP experience is preferable
CSA knowledge is preferable
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial position

Desired Characteristics:
PC proficiency (specifically in Excel / PowerPoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work horizontally and across different teams
