Role Summary:
The System Marketo Administrator supports all demand generation program build-out and optimization, as well as drives a culture of shared best practices around GE's use of marketing automation.
This specific role focuses on serving as the primary administrator of the marketing automation platform and collaborating with the Revenue Marketing/Marketing operation teams to ensure GE is optimizing its system usage.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Understanding Marketo / SFDC
  • Administrate Marketing automation platform connected to a CRM system
  • Maintain user roles, security levels and profiles. Conduct security/configuration audits.
  • Work closely with the Group Marketing/CRM team to drive data and process optimizations for both and Marketo.
  • Respond and resolve inbound user case requests. Identify and rectify day-to-day data quality issues within the operational processes. Identify trends and suggest long term solutions
  • Administer the Marketo platform by managing the user profiles, workspaces, lead scoring rules, new custom fields, and lead dispatch maps.
  • Continually applying best practices to our marketing automation platform and marketing operations.
  • Understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity.
  • Previous experience using Marketo as a system administrator.
  • Understand how Marketo integrates with Salesforce as part of the overall lead management process, and manage and execute system deployment & integration projects for Marketo.
  • Implement modifications to Marketo set-up as changes to business requirements occur
  • Stay current with Marketo functionalities and best leveraging new features

  • Marketo certified Expert with a professional track record
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience using Marketo as a system administrator.
  • Comfortable with HTML emails and landing page layout in Marketo.
  • Ability to create reports in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Advanced MS Office and Salesforce skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
  • Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines.

  • A strong knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices
