Role Summary: Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or enable business unit to improve workflow processes. Supporting Business Demand Gen and other marketing stakeholders to define and track digital.
Understanding Marketo / SFDC platforms
Perform sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analyses, as well as advanced modeling, to translate data into actionable insights that will help influence marketing strategy. Analyze influencer engagement efforts and impact across all channels: provide analysis on campaigns, activity, frequency, behaviors and recommendations for enhanced marketing activities with target influencers.
Create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to provide ongoing data and insight for internal stakeholders. Including social media dashboards and Google analytics.
Help with gathering program and campaign data and turning analytics into business insights.
Assist in managing the technology, data and tracking points across sales and marketing systems, channels and assets.
Manage the day-to-day reporting of online marketing campaigns. Profitably drive marketing and sales-qualified leads through inbound and paid marketing campaigns.
Ability to create reports in Marketo and Salesforce.
Collaborating with Marketing and business units to analyze data and identify possible process improvements and system enhancements for improvements to automated marketing programs that maximize efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
Assist in developing analytical / predictive models for prospecting outreach
Marketo certified Expert with a professional record of accomplishment
BA/BS or equivalent working experience in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Applied Analytics, or a quantitative professional designation
Minimum 2 years of experience working with databases, reporting on data and working in an analytical capacity
2+ years of experience in digital marketing required
MS SQL programming to support analytic projects and dashboards
Experience with CRM and marketing automation solutions such as SalesForce, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and tact.
Fluent English language knowledge written and verbally
Experience within a B2B Marketing atmosphere
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
A strong knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing best practices
