Role Summary: The Pricing Analyst will be a member of the Waukesha and Jenbacher America’s product pricing team and work seamlessly with the Distributed Power Service organization to assure maintenance and execution of the Waukesha / Jenbacher parts, blocks and Field Service rates ensuring accuracy, profitability and competitiveness. The Pricing Analyst will support the improvement pricing processes, including IT (Information Technology) processes.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Pricing Analyst, you will:
Handle and lead ~40,000 parts pricing upload to IT systems (Oracle)
Implement Waukesha Annual Catalog update
Troubleshoot incorrect application of pricing to part numbers and services in Oracle as needed
Support monthly, quarterly and yearly special pricing campaigns, targeting for topline growth
Support price execution
Set the associated customer discounts in IT system for accurate price execution, work with the team on automated process
Drive execution on routine spare part catalog maintenance, new part pricing setup, workflow requests
Maintaining annual Distributed Power Service (DPS) pricing publications for audit requirements
Support Pricing trainings for Commercial Operations, Service Managers, and other stakeholders
Compute quarterly pricing metrics
Historic transaction analysis on region, segment, product line, and other segmentation as requested to support market analysis
Deliver pricing analysis projects focused on increasing price and CM for the overall business
Ad-hoc data analysis as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance and/or Economics from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 6 months of experience in financial analysis and integrated management systems
Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics
Minimum of 1 year of work experience dealing with spare parts in relevant heavy machinery or engine background with reciprocating engine technology and applications
Familiarity with power generation and/or gas compression industry
Integrated Management Systems knowledge in ORACLE or similar systems
Strong analytical skills and passion for the details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and Microsoft Outlook

Ability to work with cross-functional teams without discretionary power
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses
