Role Summary:
The Sr Director - Sales Enablement is responsible for leading a high-performing Sales Enablement team in the creation, development, delivery and evolution of enablement tools and programs that enhance the frontline execution of sales and service processes. The role will provide leadership, direction and execution of the strategic vision of the sales process and delivery of productivity improvements to the frontline sales and service teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
This high-profile position relies on a person’s deep understanding of sales processes, sales systems and innovative enablement solutions. 

  • Ensure the adoption and impact of our Value Selling Methodology 
  • Enable 1000’s of sellers to sell the ServiceMax from GE Digital solution 
  • Be responsible for enablement of Sales Reps, Sales Management, and Solution Consultants inside GE and our Alliance Partners and Channel Partners. 
  • Focus on achieving results measured by win rate, deal cycle time, average sales rep quota attainment and new hire onboard time


Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in Sales 
  • 8+ Years’ experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training 
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Communication or technical equivalent 

Eligibility Requirements: 
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job 
  • Must be willing to travel 40% 
  • Must be willing to work in the US


Desired Characteristics:
  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement leader who has enabled direct sales teams, overlay sales organizations, Channels and Alliance Partners. 
  • The ideal candidates must have experience in leading a Sales Enablement team for either a direct or channel sales force. 
  • Prefer individuals experienced in enterprise sales, SaaS solutions
