Role Summary: The Post Sales Service Specialist will act as the primary customer and field sales contact to own, contain, and resolve post shipment customer issues.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Post Sales Service Specialist, you will:
Work closely with customers to develop resolution plans, monitor progress, and ensure appropriate closure
Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution support via phone and web
Interact with technology, supply chain, product management, sales, and field service to provide technical and commercial solutions for customers
Work cross functionally with global teams
Document customer cases and actions using case tracking tools
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience working product knowledge in the manufacture and application of MCC, LIS, Switchboards, Panelboards, and Automatic Transfer Switches)
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience working product knowledge in the manufacture and application of MCC, LIS, Switchboards, Panelboards, and Automatic Transfer Switches
Electrical distribution experience
Experience with SAP/CRM and or SalesForce.com
Experience in the Mebane or Monterrey plant manufacturing processes
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Independent worker with strong customer focus
Demonstrated ability in problem solving and working well with others across business functions
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Access
