Role Summary: The Services Parts Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment will be responsible for working with multiple team members providing oversight of key operational Fulfillment aspects of New and Remanufactured major components. You will assure appropriate support is provided in the areas of fulfillment of new and remanufactured capital spares demands
Essential Responsibilities: As the Services Parts Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will:
Support the GE internal customers processing capital spares orders and coordination of fulfillment across all customer demands
Interface daily with the Parts warehouses, Fleet managers, field engineers, Service Shops, and product support teams to provide the customer demands
Manage and refine the Core Return process to drive on-going productivity
Act as lead fulfillment operational liaison for Spares and Repairs orders
Lead coordination of order fulfillment with GE sites, Sourcing, Planning, and logistics service providers
Be responsible for order management related ERP transactions for assigned customer streams
Key Point of Contact with the logistics team for freight routing of all capital spares demand
Provide on-going feedback with Lead Materials Point of Contact regarding performance of the Freight Routing team
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university (OR Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of electronics-related technical experience such as part identification and/or Field Services)
Minimum of 3 years of customer service, parts management, field service or material control experience, with 2 years of data analysis experience with Excel
Technical background regarding remanufactured products and core disposition
Electronics field service or spare parts fulfillment experience
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer interfacing experience and skill set
Order management ERP experience
Proven strong work ethic, self-driven and result oriented to meet and exceed objectives
Adaptable / flexible and be open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work successfully in matrix and multi-cultural environment
Accept and comply with GE Integrity policies
