Role Summary:
This role will be the site leader to drive consistency and adherence to digital processes at the site. This includes Contract Management, ERP, Quality, Planning, and Demand/Capacity tools. In this role the candidate would partner with site leadership to understand/document the current processes. The candidate would drive training and consistency to the digital processes.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Influence and train Newark teams to effectively and consistently use system tools
  • Identify training gaps and develop training curriculum to address
  • Partner with the Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Lean teams to identify and address transaction gaps in the Value stream.
  • Work across the Newark site to help spearhead/implement critical applications and improvements to the applications
  • Partner with CMC analytics team to leverage best practices and ensure CMC data consistency
  • Site resource to help resolve emergent system issues

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with core GE systems and processes
