Essential Responsibilities:
  •      Proactively drive transactions to closure by
    timely meeting documentation and process requirements and influencing others to
    meet deadlines while effectively maintaining relationships between customers,
    internal departments, outside counsel, closing and title agents, etc.
  • Ensure the critical information for each
    customer deal is accounted for through negotiations, documentation, booking and
  • Follow up with customers on missing items
    (Company Documentation, Bylaws, Power of Attorneys) required to prepare credit
    documentation for deal completion. 
  • Determine closing requirements based on
    transaction structure after review of commitments and other approval
    documentation, and obtain satisfactory supporting documentation. 
  • Prepare and send credit documentation to
    customers and coordinate their signature. 
  • Coordinate lien and mortgage registration when
    applicable (UCC Filings). 
  • Maintain database/tracking systems
    (Siebel/SalesForce) to monitor the status of work in process and deal status. 
  • Provide deal information  and 
    updates  to  GE 
    Healthcare  (GEHC), and
      open  lines 
    of  communication  with 
    GEHC  team by working directly
    with GEHC Operations. 
  • Accurately book transactions to operating system
    (Cheetah/PMS), and prepare Welcome Packages for customers. 
  • Address any questions or concerns through deal
    process; has authority to independently resolve customer issues. 
  • Accountable for mitigation of risk to GE. 
  • Special
    projects related to documentation as assigned. 
  • Capable to work under pressure with minimal

  •       BS/BA in business, accounting or computer
  • 3-5 years’ customer service experience. 
  • Strong
    analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Bilingual (Portuguese / English). 
  • Knowledge of financing contracts and security
    documentation requirements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to discern complex elements
    of transactions and consistently choose the correct course of action. 
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities and
    work under strict time frame to meet internal/external documentation
  • Proficiency with Acrobat /Microsoft office suite
    with emphasis on Word and Excel usage. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication
      Ability to successfully
    interface with customers, third parties, and key internal stakeholders. 
  • Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and
    handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Self-driven and ability to work with minimal

Desired Characteristics:
  • GE Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • 5+ years of successful Leasing/Banking/Financial
    Ops experience
  • Healthcare industry experience  
  • Experience with a range of financial services
    beyond equipment leasing
  • Familiarity with Siebel/ CRM software 
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance    
  • Capable to communicate in Spanish  
  • PMS experience is a plus
