The Practice Lead – Cyber Security will own all aspects associated with establishing policies, procedures and best practices related to Cyber Security as it pertains to customer implementations and digital transformation. This person will establish the best approach and set standards for tools and automation required to facilitate Cyber Security and defining a standard practice for execution globally.
In this role, you will:
Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies, growth opportunities and execution and utilization of resources.
With Service Delivery team, drive and develop operational and financial growth initiatives and targets, ongoing project rollups, cost control measures and process improvements.
Develop and ensure tools are in place for the delivery teams to be successful.
Work with finance and operations to improve forecast accuracy, and own the financial roll-ups from the field and update on a weekly basis.
Develop cross-functional connections across the business through standardized processes & communication.
With the Customer Issue Escalation Process team, define and drive overall customer satisfaction indicators and levels through action plans from NPS survey feedback.
Integrate further into GED Customer Success Organization to uncover opportunities for productivity as well as opportunities for growth with customers.
Facilitate the delivery of OTR Process documentation for cyber projects in each global region.
Work with Product Development, Engineering, and Product Management to identify product enhancements and prioritize the roadmap to ensure growth and synergies with the rest of GED.
Qualify 3rd party resources to serve on deployment teams across all regions as needed.
Collaborate and design the cross-functional cyber services opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and enforce standard deployment policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions to support the cyber practice.
Develop and track training certification requirements for deploying cyber solutions within the GED products and services portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 15 years of analysis experience in the technical or business environment
At least 5 years experience leading cyber security projects in the Power industry.

Must be willing to travel ~30%
Must be willing to work out of an office located in Wilmington, North Carolina
Experience in a cyber security leadership role.

Certified as a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Certified as a Nortel Networks Certified Support Specialist(NNCSS)
