Role Summary:
The Market Strategy Coordinator, Analyst Relations will build relationships with key industry analysts, inform them of key announcements and coordinate briefings with product experts to help the analysts’ understanding of ServiceMax from GE Digital’s products and services.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, distribute, analyze and report on industry analyst data.
  • Take lead on ServiceMax responses to analyst surveys and inquieries
  • Educate key stakeholders on industry analyst methodologies and processes.
  • Organize analysts’ pre-publication report reviews. Suggest edits as appropriate.
  • Coordinate briefings as needed between key analysts and ServiceMax/GE Digital staff.
  • Support consultant engagement efforts.
  • Support workforce management competitive intelligence research and analysis.
  • Performs other research related projects as assigned.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, math or sciences
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to travel 10%
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Pleasanton, CA
