Role Summary:
As a Lead Technical Project Management Specialist you will be responsible for planning and executing contracts starting from transfer meeting to managing the Quality, Cost, and Delivery of the entire execution process by ensuring on time delivery according to contractual terms, high level of customer satisfaction and controlling and improving the Gross Margin and cash related to contracts. As a Lead PM you will also work on special projects.



Essential Responsibilities:

As the Lead Technical Project Management Specialist, you will:

  • Order transfer & review
  • Be responsible for contract delivery & performance
  • Be responsible for contract review and risks & opportunities management
  • Manage Receivables
  • Coordinate E&C
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Be measured on the following output / measurement criteria:
    • Time taken for acknowledging order
    • Time taken for engineering (Both measured from the date of order transfer), customer on-time, and delivery (A1)
    • margin slippage (%)
    • respect of 8 week manufacturing freeze period
    • claims accepted by customer (as % of sales)
    • On-time invoicing
    • Overdues (as % of receivables)
    • FAT completion



Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Project / Contract Management



Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability
  • Experience in Transmission industry and managing exports is desirable
  • Customer interface management experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, Spanish) is preferred
