Role Summary:
Provide administration support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and manage the recruitment process for “Internal only” requisitions within the Segmentation Model. You will build strong working relationships with the TA Consultants & Key Stakeholders to deliver administrative solutions and the segmented model.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage the wining to wing recruitment process for “Internal Only” requisitions within the Segmented model
• Working closely with the TR Consultants to support them in managing any administration requirements to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met
• Assist with basic screening and assessment of candidates against the key criteria for the positions recruited as required
• Booking and management of candidate interviews and creation of interview guides as required
• Entering candidates data and interview notes in Hire Systems and CRM tools
• Liaise with the HR Operations team to conduct certain components of the TA process
• Manage the end-to-end Medical Check process
• Place and manage adverts and EVP branding on SEEK and Social Media
• Support TA Consultants with managing employment offers & on-boarding activities in conjunction with HR Managers and Hiring Managers
• Ad hoc project support as required such as compilation and formatting of market reports or data

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Previous recruitment, HR or administration experience, preferably gained within an internal recruitment team or multinational corporation
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment process in a structured environment
• Ability to provide effective administrative and candidate/client support as well engage with and influence key stakeholders to manage TA deliverables
• Advanced skills in MS Office are essential – advanced PowerPoint and spread sheeting skills required
• Experienced in the use of recruitment technology to source & screen candidates (preferable not mandatory)
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to juggle completing demands and high attention to detail
• General knowledge and interest in global and local recruitment practices, employment market trends and Human Resources
