Role Summary:
To be the first point of contact between GE Industrials and WCS Global Service Operations (GSO). Dedicated to providing first class, pro-active customer support, solving complex issues and assisting with day to day queries from our Industrial partners and internal customers

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Deliver to GE Industrials and GSO by responding to requests meeting or exceeding speed and quality targets.
    Output metrics include:

  • 95% of queries responded on time
  • 90% of queries responded first time right
  • Innovate and simplify current processes using quality tools such as Lean/Fastwork
  • Drive digitization initiatives across the organization while working to remove silos
  • Develop portfolios expertise working across Industrials and sites
  • Engage other WCS/GSO functions where needed to deliver a Customer First mind set

Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in a Customer Service role
  • Change management and/or transition experience
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to help implement strategic initiatives across Operations teams
  • Multilingual- language(s) desired (Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, and/or French)
