Role Summary: The Sr Engineering Manager – Drilling, Mechanical COE will lead a team responsible for the design and lifecycle of Oilfield Equipment Drilling products inclusive of Annular and Ram Blow Out Preventers, Connectors, Diverters, MLP and Riser Systems. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Senior Engineering Manager – Drilling, Mechanical COE you will:

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum 8 years of experience in an engineering management role
Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project leadership role within an engineering environment
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
Oil & Gas Industry Engineering Experience
Strong leadership, process and facilitation skills
